The accommodation includes; Two sitting rooms. large kitchen, conservatory, garden with parking, a Master en-suite bedroom, family bathroom, 1 other double bedroom and two single bedrooms.
		The Reading Room From the hallway you enter the smaller of the two living rooms. Elegantly furnished with a sofa, two chairs and a gas effect fire. This light airy room adds more space for larger groups to enjoy their stay.           Main Sitting Room This large sitting Room contains two large sofa's and an armchair to provide comfortable seating for the guests.  It has a feature fireplace with a gas/driftwood effect fire, an LCD TV which includes Freeview.       Kitchen / Dining Area The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and grill, gas hob, fridge, freezer, radio, microwave, dishwasher and kitchen table. The utility room houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board and a toilet.       The dining room area is large enough to comfortably seat six people and leads on to the Family Room.           Family Room The kitchen runs into the family room / conservatory which is yet another large open space containing a cane suite; two sofa's, two chairs and a music centre with cd player. There are double doors leading to the outside.       Outside Outside, on the patio, there is a table and six chairs with parasol and BBQ.
