Ivy House is on a quiet road and just opposite is a garage and off street parking. (sleeps 4/5)

. Accommodation comprises;

Living Room, Kitchen, Conservatory Dining Room, Two Bedrooms and Front & Back Gardens. One Bathroom and two Wc's.

Downstairs

Well equipped kitchen, living room, conservatory/dining room, toilet and patio garden.

Upstairs

Master bedroom, second bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with bath and wall mounted shower and separate toilet.
   
   
The Living Room

This cosy room has two sofas (1 a sofa bed), a gas effect fire and a 32inch LGHD ready TV and DVD with surround sound and freeview. Double glass doors lead to the Conservatory.

  
     
    Kitchen

The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, toaster and liquidiser. There is a small breakfast bar that seats 2 to one side and a door to the garden.

     
Conservatory / Dining Room

There is a dining table with 6 chairs and a sofa for a quiet light place to sit and read. Double glass doors leading out to the patio garden.

   
     
     Garden

The patio is south facing with secure fencing all around. There is a gate to the side of the house which leads to the kitchen door (with an area large enough to store bikes etc) and then on to the patio garden. Garden furniture: Table and 6 chairs.
